Refund Policy

• If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you can request a refund within 48 hours of the consultation.
• Refunds will only be issued for unused hours of consultation.
• If you cancel the consultation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, we will issue a full refund.
• If you cancel the consultation less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled consultation fee.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the request.
• We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we suspect abuse of our refund policy.

We understand that situations can arise that may require a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you require a refund and we will work with you to ensure that the refund is processed in a timely manner.
